Setting Up Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager
Integration Specs:
Required Parameters
- Warehouse Name
- 3PL Key/GUID (sometimes referred to as TPL)
- 3PL Facility ID
- Customer ID
- API Client ID
- API Client Secret
- 3PL User Name
- 3PL Password
Integration Management uses the new 3PL Warehouse Manager REST API. The warehouse must first contact api@extensiv.com and request access to their REST API.

Step-by-step guide
- Open Integration Management.
- Go to WMS.
- Click Change WMS. Notice that this button will disappear upon clicking.
- Select Extensiv 3PL WHM in the dropdown list.
If the warehouse has not already done so, they must first contact api@extensiv.com and request access to their REST API with the following permissions.
For each client/merchant, the warehouse must contact 3PL Warehouse Manager support (api@extensiv.com) and ask for the following information (can take 1-2 business days): - Enter the 3PL WHM API details.
- 3PL WHM Key/GUID - also referred as your TPL. Contact 3PL Warehouse Manager Support to obtain this information.
- 3PL WHM Facility/Warehouse Name
- 3PL WHM System Timezone
- Click Save.
Some configurations must be completed in the Merchant Settings. - Click Merchants > Edit Setup.
- Go to 3PL WHM Settings section.
- Enter the required details such as Customer ID, API Client ID, and API Client Secret.
- Click Test WMS Connection to confirm successful connection.
- Click OK to save.
