Connection Guidelines
Before you can start shipping orders through Pitney Bowes Expedited with the USPS, you must first connect to Pitney Bowes as a Provider in Small Parcel Suite from the Small Parcel Settings page. To obtain a Pitney Bowes account for connection, you can visit this link.
Once you have connected your Pitney Bowes account, you will be provided an automatic connection to USPS. If you do not see the USPS carrier for a warehouse or customer in the system, you can re-connect automatically by selecting a new carrier connection to USPS with Pitney Bowes as the Provider.
We recommend printing 1–2 test shipping labels at least one business day in advance of needing to print labels for active shipments.
Troubleshooting
If you are trying to connect a second account to Pitney Bowes, please contact our support team and your Pitney Bowes representative. The connection logic will require additional configuration that cannot be done in our UI currently.
