Connection guidelines

Before you can start shipping orders through Asendia, you must first connect your Asendia account to the Small Parcel Suite from the Small Parcel Settings page. Please note that if you connect a customer’s Asendia account to the Small Parcel Suite, you cannot use your primary warehouse account for that customer when shipping with Asendia.

Navigate to the Small Parcel space, then select Settings and select a customer from the drop-down menu.
Click Create in the Carrier Accounts section, then select Carrier Account.
Specify whether you are setting up a 'Warehouse Account' or ‘Customer Account’using the drop-down menus.
Select the relevant warehouse or customer, choose Asendia from the carrier drop down and Bukuship or ShipEngine from the provider dropdown, then click Next.
Fill out each field on the connection screen with the required credentials. Once all fields are completed, click Authorize with Asendia. If the credentials are valid, your Asendia account will be connected to the Small Parcel Suite, and you can begin printing labels for Asendia.
