|Overview
This article explains how to connect a Veho account to Parcel API and what you can do once it's connected. Veho is a modern, ecommerce-focused package delivery service that operates seven days a week and partners with the shipping API platform EasyPost
Prerequisites
Before you connect your account, make sure you have the following:
- An EasyPost account to obtain a Test and Production API key
- A Veho shipper account, which can be obtained by:
- Sending a request to Veho for a shipper account. A representative will coordinate with you regarding additional account details.
- Let the Veho representative know that you will be using EasyPost's API for label purchases.
- Acquire the necessary rates and aligning any shipping needs
- Obtain the Veho API Key
Connecting Your Veho Account
- Login to your EasyPost account, or create one if you don't have an account.
- Enter your Veho API key directly in the Carrier Account Dashboard, under the Carriers tab to connect your Veho account to EasyPost.
- Go to Small Parcel Suite Settings and select which customer you want to set up.
-
Click the Create button, then select Provider Connection.

-
In the New Provider Connection form, set the connection type, select the customer, choose EasyPost for the Carrier, then click Next.

- Select your Veho account from among the available carrier accounts available to connect to.
Veho Service Levels
Veho provides several ground-based service levels, though which ones a given shipper can access depends on their contractual agreement with Veho. Deliveries are done seven (7) days a week.

Coverage
As of February, 2026, Veho has expanded its network to 10 regional hubs covering a total of 66 markets in the United States - with more coming soon.

Rates
Veho is a "live rating" integration, meaning rates are pulled in real time whenever you create a shipment rather than from a static, pre-loaded rate table. The following are a few relevant points to keep in mind:
- Quoted rates are guaranteed valid for at least five minutes, so there's a brief window to complete a purchase after receiving a quote.
- Pricing is specific to each account's negotiated agreement, so two shippers may see different rates for the same shipment.
- If there is a discrepancy with a quoted rate, the recommended path is to reach out to your Veho account representative directly rather than EasyPost support.
Veho’s rate areas were updated beginning April 1, 2025. You should verify their rates after this date and contact Veho for any questions.
Manifesting
Whether or not you need to manifest shipments depends on the type of agreement you have with Veho.
- Retailers: These are generally required to manifest as part of their contract.
- Perishable Goods, Meal-kit, and other partners: These are typically not required to manifest, as long as they provide Veho with exact delivery dates for their shipments.
Pickups
Veho pickups are arranged based on the agreement established when the account was set up, but they cannot be scheduled through the EasyPost API. Any pickup scheduling needs to be handled directly with Veho rather than through EasyPost's platform.
