Workflow
- Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new sales orders and purchase orders from Zoho Inventory.
 - Integration Manager delivers sales orders and purchase orders to WMS/OMS (Note: Your WMS must also support this function).
 - Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking, inventory levels, and purchase order receiving details from WMS/OMS (Note: Your WMS must also support this function).
 - Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking, inventory levels, and purchase order receiving details to Zoho Inventory.

Required Parameters
Credentials from Zoho Inventory are needed to complete the connection in Integration Manager. The setup guide will explain more details.

Important Integration Notes
Before setting up this connection to Zoho Inventory, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:

- Orders can be filtered by Zoho Warehouse, to either load all orders or just orders in a specific warehouse.
 - Integration Manager can load either full orders, or individual packages. This is configured in the Integration Manager settings. If you have Integration Manager set to load packages and the entire order is not placed in a single package, Integration Manager will load the Package Number instead of the Order Number. This allows all packages on an order to be loaded into Integration Manager as separate orders.
