Shopify Settings
This page covers the various options that can be set in Extensiv Integration Management and in your Shopify account.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Dislosure
In compliance with Shopify and industry best practices we have established appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personally identifiable information (PII), Extensiv Integration Manager collects PII exclusively for the purpose of retrieving accurate order information from Shopify and sending said order information to the fulfillment service chosen by the merchant.
This information may include the following details:
- Customer Name
- Customer Address
- Customer Phone Number
- Customer Email Address
- Shipping Name
- Shipping Address
- Shipping Phone Number
- Shipping Email Address
- Order gift message
This information is maintained within Extensiv Integration Management for a maximum of 60 days, after which it is deleted. PII is never sold, used for marketing purposes, or transferred to an outside entity other than Shopify and the merchant approved fulfillment location. Only employees with a job-related need have access to PII and only through controlled and monitored digital environment. All employees that may come in contact with PII have undergone a background and security check.
PII is securely stored. Extensiv is SOC2 Compliant and uses Drata to continually monitor security of data.
