Ebay Error - Variation level SKU should be supplied to revise a Multi-SKU item.

Problem

Variation level SKU or Variation level SKU and ItemID should be supplied to revise a Multi-SKU item.

Solution

Your WMS is providing inventory for the Variant's main SKU, but you need to be providing inventory for each variant SKU instead. For example, if you sell a shirt, the inventory must be provided on the size/color variant level, not on the main product itself.
