Testing Guide Checklist
This article outlines the steps that customers need to take to ensure that the data is flowing properly.
Preparation
- Products are imported from 3PL Warehouse Manager.
- Listing SKUs are imported via Product Spreadsheet.
- Sales Channels are configured in Order Management.
- Orderbots are configured.
Testing
- Select one SKU from the product catalog and add a Listing SKU for a manual channel.
- Inform 3PL that you will be sending over a test order.
- Create a test order for a manual channel (recommend titling as “test” to ensure it is not accidentally shipped).
Validation
- Order successfully triggered necessary Orderbots.
- Order successfully moved from Awaiting 3PL Export to Pending Fulfillment.
- 3PL confirmed receipt of the test order.
- 3PL "shipped" the test order, and the order successfully moved to "Shipped" status in Order Routing.
